Data we collect
Name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, flight numbers and the details you provide in a quote request. We also record special requests you send us, such as accessibility needs.
How we use it
Solely to plan, confirm and deliver your journey, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law. Operational details such as itineraries are deleted once they are no longer needed to run the service.
