Reservations
These services are provided by Roteiro de Tropelias Lda, tax number 516 614 924, tourism registration RNAVT 9911, with registered office at Estrada dos Espanhóis CCI-6813 Palhota, 2955-251 Pinhal Novo, Portugal.
A booking exists once you receive written confirmation from Roteiro de Tropelias Lda by WhatsApp, email or SMS. A quote alone is not a confirmed reservation.
Pricing
The details and price of each journey are communicated in the written quote or confirmation provided by the team.
Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, please contact the team as soon as possible. Any applicable conditions will be confirmed for your journey.
Passenger conduct
Seat belts must be worn. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. The chauffeur may end a journey where passenger behaviour puts safety at risk, and no refund is due in that case.
Luggage and belongings
Please include the number of passengers and luggage items in your quote request so the team can recommend the suitable vehicle.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any dispute falls to the courts of Lisbon.
